Sally Hansen- Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips-Limited Edition Holiday

Essie- Luxeffects
Essie steps into glitter-land, with new “Luxeffects” collection for Holiday 2011. These are meant to be used as top/layer coats. I must say- very different for Essie! This will be available in salons in December and in stores in January.
