In Stores Now: Carry On- Essie Fall 2011 Collection
Essie is back with their new Fall collection, Carry On. The collection features 6 new shades, including:
Carry On- a deep romantic burgundy
Very Structured- a classic burnt sienna
Case Sudy- a rich camel beige
Glamour Purse- an alluring almond taupe
Lady Like – an elegant soft mauve
Power Clutch- a striking deep gray-green
I purchased Very Structured, and was slightly disappointed. The computer renderings of the polish looked more “raw sienna” then “burnt sienna“, so I was expected a more orange hue. Essie really hasn’t ventured into the orange, so that would have been nice to see. But this is definitely a quintessial Fall color, so I don’t mind having it in my collection.
