Happy Halloween!

I’ve been celebrating Halloween for the last week and a half, and I’m so halloween-ed out! My co-worker throws an annual Dress Rehearsal party the Saturday before Halloween, and I had some awesome nails, but I forgot to take a picture of them :-(. I was supposed to be a dark angel, but I just ended up looking like a gothic stripper by the end of the night, lol.  The picture above is all that’s left of the manicure, because I had on tips, lol. I also orchestrated a office Halloween party on Thursday which was fun, but took some work and on Friday I went to a movie night at my other co-workers’ pad and then a party in Williamsburg with my bestie Dana! My best friends know, that I’m not so big on holidays so this was definitely a lot for me! I’m done!

I used Black Creme by Wet N Wild as a base. Then used a nail art brush (flexart brush ), with short hair to paint drips with Orly Shine. I then applied clear rhinestones and silver studs near the base of the nail. I used nail glue and clear polish (Ginger + Liz) to secure the stones.  On the rest of my nails, I just used black with silver drips, no rhinestones. I used CND Stickey as a base and Seche Vite as a top coat.

Hope everyone has a safe and fun day! And please send me your Halloween nails to nita@varnishedblog.com, I would love to see them.
