It’s Mani Monday: Space Grape
Hey Folks- Happy Monday! Today’s Monday Manicure is Space Grape! It kind of reminded me of Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story, that’s how I came up with the name. I used Barielle Shades Grape Escape (dark purple), Parlez-Vous OPI (lavender), Gargantuan Green Grape (OPI) and China Glaze OMG (holo). I applied Seche base coat first, then alternated GGG and OMG on each finger (2 coats), then applied Grape Escape then Parlez Vous OPI on top of it. Of course I topped it off with Seche Vite. I usually don’t do a lot of design on my nails (unless Konad is involved), so that’s why it’s a little sloppy. Make sure to keep a lot of remover and q-tips handy to remove excess polish from the sides. I also use a quick nail dry spray on my nails in between layers- make sure to keep a good distance between your nails and the spray to avoid bubbles.
