Next up from the Pantone Fashion Color Report (PFCR) is Pantone Tuscany. Kimora Lee Simmons was inspired by “the mystery and color of Morrocco”. Her Baby Phat collection includes “earthy and bold colors mixed with opulent gold trims” and of course “Electric Tang and Paradise Pink”, colors that only miss fabulousity herself could come up with. Nanette Lepore takes her inspiration from “childhood memories of country garden sunsets at a seaside summer home”. It’s amazing how simple colors could evoke such powerful emotions and memories- even a color as subtle as Tuscany.
I paired Color Club’s Toffee Roma, a shimmer polish with a rich rosy beige tone. It’s a nice neutral tone with a slight edge.
What polish would you have paired with Pantone’s Tuscany?
