In honor of the first snow of 2009 here in NYC, I’ve come up with the newest Varnished Nail Collection,  Empire City Snow Day!

Salt & Shovels- Inspired by NYC’s obsession with salt trucks. CND Sugar Sparkle has chunky sparkle flakes that resemble rock salt.
